This is a pair of culottes with a bright navy blue background scattered with pink flowers. They look like a long skirt at first glance. The waist is elastic and can be tied with a drawstring. They are made of thin fabric and do not have a lining. I wore them often because I liked them, so there is some wear and tear. I would like someone who understands this to wear them a bit more, so I am putting them up for sale.
