Red velvet-style culottes. Purchased from the children's clothing section of Tokyu Department Store. Features a cute front ribbon and a panel design. The ribbon is sewn in place. It has pockets on both sides and an elastic waistband. The size is 130cm, but it felt large on my daughter, possibly because she is slender. I think she could comfortably wear it up to 140cm. The waist was too big, so I've sewn the sides. Please check the images. Please remove the stitching if you don't need it. There is some fading from washing and signs of wear. Otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item that has been stored at home and worn by a child. I will fold it up small for shipping.
