This item was purchased at Bon Voyage, a shop at Tokyo Disneyland. It's a gold-colored small heart with three Mickey Mouse-shaped stones. The back is engraved with "Disney." The silver heart has four stones. The hearts swing as you walk, which is cute. I wore it once, and it's in good condition.
