The issues are... * Only one key (instead of the original two) is available due to a lost key. * There are signs of use due to scratches from a fall. * The part that holds the top lid open at 90 degrees when opening the box has been torn off and discarded, so it now opens 180 degrees to the seat. (This was because the lid would close in the wind at 90 degrees, and I pinched my hand a few times. I didn't feel it was a problem in use.) This box has more scratches and signs of use compared to the other rear box I have listed. This is a heavily used, second-hand item that has been used outdoors, so please only bid if you understand this. Also, I will try to ship as quickly as possible, but because it is a large item, I have set aside some time for shipping. Thank you for your consideration.
