Old kurawanka bowl? Dish? Namasu dish? It is. It's probably a medium-sized bowl. There are small stones, scratches, dimples, and mold marks from the time of manufacture, but it seems clean except for slight chopstick marks. It's a charming, rustic vessel with a free-spirited sometsuke design. Each one is slightly different, so I think they are hand-painted. There were about three with writing on the back. I wonder if it's a year? As it is an antique, please forgive the minor scratches.
