Neam, a brand produced by Nanaho Yoshida. This is a beige mesh top with a frill design. I purchased it online from the official store for 9800 yen. I fell in love with the unique design, but it didn't suit me, so I only tried it on and kept it in storage. It still has the tags attached. An inner layer was also included because of the mesh fabric.
