Made in 1993. It was in a bag, but I opened it for photography. The bag tore at that time, so I will put it in another bag for shipping. There are 12 colored pencils, each 17.5cm long, in a 18.4 x 10 x 1.1cm steel case. As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but since it's old, there may be damage that isn't visible from the outside (the bag has dirt, wrinkles, and other damage). To avoid any problems, I recommend that those who are at all concerned about the condition refrain from purchasing. The color of the actual item may differ from the image due to the lighting. Please be aware of this beforehand.
