Introducing a highly rare early model Datejust Ref. 6305, purchased at Moonphase. This model is affectionately known as "Big Bubble" due to the large bulge on the case back, a result of the automatic movement's construction. Manufactured for a very short period in the mid-1950s, it's a rare piece with few remaining examples. The dial is original, showing signs of aging, but retaining a vintage feel. This watch is highly valued as a collector's item. I particularly love the way the dial has aged; it's very cool. The original leather band has been replaced with a Jubilee bracelet, which is also included. There is some stretch, but it functions without issue. The bracelet is a vintage Rolex Jubilee bracelet "6251H". This early Jubilee bracelet was manufactured from the late 1950s to the early 1970s and is a rare and hard-to-find part today. Two links have been removed, and those parts are also included.
