This is a Bodydoctor lumbar support cushion for preventing lower back pain. Made by Bodydoctor, known for its chiropractic and lower back pain solutions, it can be used on office chairs, car seats, sofas, etc. I purchased it new and used it in my car for 3 years as a lumbar support. I don't think the urethane has deteriorated, but there is some wear and tear on the fabric. Please consider this with the understanding that it is not new.
