I used this at home to cook gyoza (dumplings). It's made of iron and cooks them deliciously. It's heavy. There are some scratches, but I think it can be used without any problems for cooking gyoza. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition. This is a set of the main body and lid. I would like to give it to someone who loves gyoza. Please check the photos for any stains, etc.
