This is a Hamilton quartz wristwatch. It's a sports dress watch model called the Seaview Chrono, and it has a chronograph function. There are some scratches on the case from use, but the glass is scratch-free, and the chronograph function works properly. There is no hand misalignment, and the chronograph hand, the upper left dial, and the upper right dial hands all point straight up. The bezel also rotates properly.
