This is a set of 2 Mino ware cups and saucers. The soft, off-white glaze and hand-carved "shinogi" (ridged) pattern create a warm and inviting design. It pairs well with a table setting that evokes a cafe atmosphere. The natural flow of the glaze (called "yudare" or glaze drip) formed during firing can be seen on the inside of the cups, adding a unique character that can be enjoyed as a testament to the handmade process.
