These are La Sportiva TX5s. The size is EU41, which is about 25.5cm. I wiped them down and applied oil after each use, so they've been maintained better than shoes that have been left untouched. However, I used them quite a bit, so there are scratches on the upper and wear on the soles, but I think they can still be used for a while. Please judge from the photos. Shipping is included, so I'm not considering lowering the price. They will be shipped wrapped in air cushion packaging without the box.
