This is a polyester heko obi from tsubakian, purchased about four years ago for 16,000 yen. It features a beige leopard print with shimmering silver lame threads woven in. It's reversible, with the reverse side having a reversed silver leopard print. It's difficult to capture in the images, but all the areas that appear whitish besides the beige are actually silver. Although it's a leopard print, the pattern isn't too bold, and the color is a soft, milky beige, making it easy to coordinate. It's soft and suitable for obi結び (obi knots) that don't require tying, such as those that create pleats. I've tied it about twice for a short time, but I haven't been able to use it much, so I've decided to sell it.
