(The other casters are fine.) When listing, I secured the raised area with instant glue. The white marks are from the adhesive. We used it in our home for many years without adhesive, and it didn't wobble. It fit properly into the casters, and the movement when rotating was smooth and worked without any problems. I attached it with adhesive to check, and it worked fine. Also, the chipped or raised area is in the location used when the stand is at its highest setting, so it won't be a concern for those who don't use that height.
