This is a K&M clarinet stand, model 15228. There is no box, but after checking, it's the 5-leg type. It can be stored in the bell. I used this personally, but I'm selling it because I no longer use it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is a personal item. Thank you.
