This is a size M long coat, but it runs a bit large. The outer fabric is cotton, the upper body and sleeves are quilted, and the lower body is wool, making it easy to wear and warm. There are some minor, faint stains, but they are not noticeable. I haven't used it much and have kept it in storage, so I'm selling it to someone who understands that it's a used item.
