This is the 8-pole type of Towa Tech's Pulsma. It is the old type, not the renewed Pulsma 8s. Only the 4-pole clip cord is used, and the remaining 4 poles are unused. Batteries are packaged separately and included. There is no protective sheet on the surface. An instruction manual is included. As a service, 10 adhesive pads will be included.
