Purchased from Rakuten in 2019. Used frequently for the first two years. Stored indoors when not in use, so it hasn't faded as much as I expected. There are stains on the sunshade and scratches on all four sides. The instruction manual is a bit tattered because I spilled barley tea on it. I haven't used it for the past year and it's been stored at home. I have a cat, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
