This is a band for attaching bottle cages to frames that don't have direct-mount bottle bosses. It's for securing two bottles (two sets). Recommended for vintage chromoly frames where commercially available adapters might look out of place. There's one set made of steel and one set made of aluminum; the aluminum ones are in the lower part of the image. Please understand that these are used items, so there may be scratches and dirt.
