As shown in the photos, there are scratches (photos 11 and 12) and peeling parts (photo 13). All items in the first photo are included. (Warranty not included) Velcro is attached to the back, but I think it will be dirty if I peel it off, so I would like to ship it with it attached. I hadn't used it for 1 or 2 years, so I tested the operation just in case, and it worked with the lamps lighting up as shown in photos 8-10.
