I purchased the same item, and I tried one on indoors and then washed it. The other one is unopened and brand new. Since it's mostly cotton, it has a slightly crisp feel but also stretches, which is good, but the size didn't fit me. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the one that was tried on. Thank you for your understanding regarding home storage.
