There is a slight scratch on the part where the endpin is inserted, but otherwise, there are no noticeable external damages. The length is also adjustable. You can hook the ring on the chair leg and insert the endpin into the Y-shaped part, so it won't slip. It stabilizes your seated playing and allows for good posture. For all double bass players out there who are seeking an endpin anchor strap, I’ve barely used this after I bought it in Italy many years ago, and I’ve held onto it since. Since I don’t have a chance to use it, it needs a new home. To use it, the leg of the chair you sit on will go into the ring, and the pin goes into the arrow shaped bit.
