The size is listed as Medium Regular, but it's about the size of XL. It's big enough to layer clothes underneath. I feel it's best suited as rainwear. The original purchaser only tried it on, but It's either a military surplus item, or something similar, I'm not sure. It's a used item, so there are some stains and scratches.
