This is a gyuto knife made by Takahashi Hamono Seisakusho. They went out of business quite a while ago, so I don't think you can easily find them in stores. Because it's Yasugi steel, I think it will have a sharper cutting feel compared to the "Hikari" series. I bought this for my child when they got married, and it has been stored unused, but they said they wouldn't use it, so I'm putting it up for sale. I removed the oil paper that wrapped the blade and lightly washed it. Since it's old, there are some dullness and rust.
