African ethnic percussion instrument, large djembe. Height: 67cm, Playing surface: 25-27cm. Weight: 6.6kg. Made by hollowing out a single piece of wood. The head is covered with fur-bearing leather, but some fur is peeling off. There is a repair mark on the bottom. See image 4. The hole is plugged. The sound seems to be fine.
