This is an item that was actually used. There are no major scratches on the blanks or guides that would lead to damage, but there is significant paint peeling on the side of the reel seat (see photo 9). It can be used without any problems, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. I will wrap the rod case with cushioning material and ship it. Type... Spinning rod Features...
