Measurements (flat lay): Width: 43 cm Length: 60 cm Shoulder width: 39 cm Sleeve length: 56 cm The purchase date is unknown, but it's from quite a while ago. It's a slim fit, as that style was popular at the time, so it's a tight fit for a size S. Please note that there is some discoloration on the inside of the collar (see image 5) and on the elbow area of the sleeves (see image 11), which appears darker.
