Both are white. They show signs of wear, such as pilling. I've cut off the tags, so I'm writing the sizes. The Heattech Extra Warm is labeled as 140, but compared to other Heattech Extra Warm items, it's the same size as a 130cm one, so I think it's actually 130cm.
