This is a jumpsuit for New Licca-chan. It's the famous jumpsuit that graced the cover of the booklet. I think you don't see New Licca-chan jumpsuits very often. The tie is also the original from that time. It's rare to find one still intact, as ties often come off and get lost. As it's an outfit from over 50 years ago, there is some soiling due to aging.
