I've been here about three times before. This is a skirt that can also be worn as a top, a "Kipenz Neck" style. How about it for the coming season? It has an elastic waistband and no size label. The elastic is loose, so I've made it a free size. Due to the original manufacturing process, the threads are a bit loose or have excess (I think it won't be a problem when worn). I don't think there are any major damages such as scratches or holes, but it is considered used, so please understand this before purchasing. This is based on my personal opinion. As it is from a layman's perspective, there may be oversights, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
