I don't see this vertical mark in Japan. Purchased in California, USA in April of this year. It looks like it's around 120 to 130 (size). Gray Worn 1 or 2 times, so there are no noticeable pills or stains on the cuffs. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
