Toyokuni Shuzo Goshigaisha Daiginjo Sōkai - Unopened Brewed entirely by hand in the natural environment of Aizu. All the sake is "taru-shibori" (barrel-pressed), and the sake is finished deliciously by the hands of the brewery workers. I think it's rare because it's not sold online.
