I made a small shoulder bag from the hem of a pair of jeans (sturdy material) that I had shortened when I bought them new. I hand-embroidered Ainu patterns on the surface with variegated sashiko thread. Ainu patterns are said to ward off evil. (The color in the last picture is lighter than the actual product) The main body size is approximately W22cm (bottom), H16cm when the lid is closed. The strap (approximately 3cm wide, 110cm long, 4 layers) is made of thin dungaree fabric, so you can tie it at a suitable position to adjust the length. *I made it carefully, but it is a handmade item by an amateur, so I don't think it's perfect.
