Purchased in the US. This is an easy-to-use bag, but I'm selling it to declutter as I have too many similar bags. The shoulder strap is removable and adjustable, allowing it to be worn as a crossbody or shoulder bag. The strap is wide, providing stability and making the weight feel lighter on the shoulder. There is some fading from wear on the top opening and corners, but the overall condition is good and the inside is clean. It's moderately soft, but not so much that the contents move around, making it easy to use. There's also a zipper pocket on the back, so you don't have to worry about dropping things.
