This is the "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Jumbo Carddass" released in 2008. It has been kept in its original dedicated sleeve and stored in a cool, dark place since it was first sold, so I believe it is in good condition. As it is a product from approximately 20 years ago, there are some minor scratches on the sleeve, but the jumbo carddass itself is in good condition.
