This is a remote control for a SHARP AQUOS TV that I used previously. I used it until the TV broke. Regarding storage, I removed the batteries and stored it indoors to prevent battery leakage. I recently bought a SONY TV, so I can't confirm if it works, and I'm selling it as junk. Of course, it was working properly until the TV broke.
