Despite the rough, thick fabric, it doesn't feel stiff and is lightweight. There's enough room around the thighs that it doesn't stick to your skin even when you sweat. The length was a little short for me, as I am 164cm tall, and the waist was too tight because I gained weight, so I'm giving them up. I thought it was great that the hip line doesn't show, unlike other hiking pants. The color is a refreshing pale blue. The plastic hardware on the waist is also easy to remove.
