Model Number: OCR-LED2 I used this about two years ago, but haven't used it since and have been storing it. I've confirmed that it powers on and enters setup mode. I don't have a compatible ceiling light, so I haven't been able to confirm whether it can actually be set up. Batteries are not included. I accidentally wiped it with nail polish remover, and the plastic on the side is melted.
