I received this as a gift ꕤ*.゜ I wore it about 5 times for outings to the park. The back of the neck is elastic, and it seemed easy for my daughter to put on and take off by herself ☺︎ Since it was only worn a few times, I don't think the elastic part has stretched out. The skirt part of the cat is made of tulle material, and my daughter loved it because it's so cute. I'm selling it because my daughter has outgrown it ꪔ̤ It has been washed at home, so I can ship it immediately. I plan to put it in a ziplock bag and ship it in a Yu-Packet Post box with tracking ꕤ*.゜
