It's mostly wool, so it's warm even though it's thin. It's wool gauze, but it's unlikely to be itchy for most people. The slightly worn texture and the heather gray color, which goes with anything, are convenient, and the small size is just right for carrying around, so I used to tie it to the handle of my bag. As you can see in the image, there is a light stain. I noticed it before storing it and hand-washed it, but I didn't remove the stain, so it remained a little. It became considerably lighter after one wash, so I think it can be removed if you remove the stain properly, but I didn't want to damage the fabric too much, so I left it as it was.
