This is an outer garment without a hood. I've used it a few times. It's size 100, but it has snap buttons, so it's a little stiff for a child to put on and take off by themselves. I bought it thinking it would be good for daycare, but it was difficult to manage. No pets or smokers. I will compress it for shipping.
