This is a pleated skirt from wego. I purchased it on Mercari last year and wore it about 2 or 3 times before storing it at home. I believe there are no stains or frays. *I am a private seller, so there is a possibility that I may have overlooked some stains, etc. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
