This is a junk item. Please consider purchasing with the understanding that it is as-is. It was working normally until recently, but it stopped working when I inserted a cleaning tape. Currently, the tape cannot be removed, so repair is necessary. The exterior has a few dents on the top panel. The LCD display is dim and difficult to see in bright places. A remote control is not included. The main unit only.
