The second hook from the bottom has come off, and down is coming out, so I've applied tape. It seems it's possible to have it repaired at a clothing repair shop, but it will cost a considerable amount. It's hidden when the intact hooks are closed, so I don't think it's that noticeable. The hood is removable. I remember having it dry cleaned, but I've removed the tag. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some pilling on the sleeves. I think it can be cleaned up with a fabric shaver. It's a down coat, not just a padded coat, so it's warm and has been very useful.
