This is a Pentel Plaman mechanical pencil. It's a rather unusual mechanical pencil, as you can knock the lead advance with your index finger on the pen shaft. It also has a cap like the KERRY, and has a lot of gimmicks. I couldn't find much information about it, but I think it's a very rare mechanical pencil. Please consider purchasing it.
