It has a double layer, with a dot pattern on top of the tulle and a non-see-through, sturdy lining. There are no pockets. I think it can be used regardless of the season, depending on what you pair it with. It seems it was light and easy to wear. It's a very easy-to-match and cute skirt. I don't see any noticeable stains, dirt, or fraying, but there is some fuzzing and pilling on the waist area. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item that a child has worn.
