Brand new, unused item, but offered at a bargain price due to being a stock item. There was some soiling on the folds, so it has been washed once. The stains are almost unnoticeable now. It has not been ironed, so there are wrinkles. I did inspect it, but there may be oversights. Shipping will be done by refolding and making it compact.
