Size: Diameter 5.6cm, Height 7.5cm, 244g I was informed by an expert that this is a product of the American company, Libbey. It's a thick-bottomed shot glass with a substantial weight. After various investigations, it appears to be a piece from around the 1960s. Vintage Thick / Heavy Shot Glass by Libby No significant flaws other than minor wear from use. Finally, I've added a photo. It's difficult to see, but there are slight wrinkles on the side.
