I purchased this in Japan at a Balenciaga store and have kept it in new, unused condition with the tags still attached. I've stored it carefully, so there's no misshaping. Please check the second photo for the tag with the model number! It has a simple design with only the BB logo as a single point. The back is plain. The color is black. The size is S.
